Choosing a real estate agency, whether you are buying or selling a home, is probably one of the most important steps in insuring a positive experience.  It is very important to choose someone you can develop a good working relationship with, and this is sometimes a difficult choice to make.  I believe that I have the integrity, ethics and tenacity to make your real estate experience a positive one.

My ties with Stigler and the surrounding communities stem from a long family history.  I was raised in Stigler and attended Stigler public schools from kindergarten until my graduation.  I maintain close relationships with many active members of the Stigler community, and this helps me as a real estate agent in keeping abreast of the changing market and any developments within it.

I began taking real estate classes while working at a local bank, and have now worked in the business since 1996. It has been a great joy to me.  It is very exciting to help others pursue and fulfill their dreams of home ownership. 

As your agent, I promise to adhere to a strict code of ethics in conducting any and all activities related to your sale or purchase of a home. In some businesses, simply doing what is legal may be good enough.But in my real estate practice I demand an ethical standard that goes above and beyond the legal requirements. The guiding principle of ethics comes from the Latin primum non nocere, meaning first do no harm. By adhering to strict ethical guidelines I will earn your trust. By establishing trust I'll build a long term business model based on long term clients.
